We need liminal leadership. Where we don’t know the end result. Where we jump in the flow and trust the process instead of constant follow up. Where we use and need anxiety and uncertainty skills and values more, such as:

How do we learn a transformation throughout a transformational coaching?
We start to shape our work / team culture. It starts with leaders. We add other elements than only “bullet points meetings” to our culture.
I am a customer experience leader with 20 years of work experience (10 years as a manager) in retail. This experience taught me to be a hands-on leader with a proactive mindset and I drove business and people equally successful. My mind is anchored with business with an innovating and creative way.
But it’s not either or - Either we focus on clarity, goals and driven results and/or we go for holistic approach.
It’s a beautiful balance with a new purpose. Because of that, true meaning and love always lead to better results.
