What is coaching for companies?

A company can be partially compared to a living organism. It is almost constantly changing and these changes - internal and external - move it forward. Different strengths meet and are managed to create a possible environment for success.

Following reasons are just few examples why challenges arise:

This coaching is a fully tailor-made. We plan this according to your team(s) needs.

We can focus e.g. on clarity - to find the purpose of a smart way of doing, time management and communication. We clarify and strengthen team values by finding concrete actions for a better teamwork.

Or…

we can take a full quantum leap together and seek for our blind spots, increase the loving feeling in ourselves and use this as coaching for our minds to improve our experience of humanity.

  • Companies who work remotely, this workshop is also available online

Prices

Price based on length and size of the group.

Average price for 2 h session is 500€. (Exc VAT)
